To deliver the core invoicing functionality, we store information you enter into the Service:

- In Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
- At Rest: Data stored in Cloud Firestore is automatically encrypted at rest using Google-managed encryption keys.
- Passwords: User passwords are never stored in plain text. Firebase Authentication uses industry-standard hashing algorithms.

6.1 Active Accounts

When you delete your account, we initiate removal of your personal data from our active systems within 30 days. Certain data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted.
6.3 Anonymized Data
Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you individually may be retained indefinitely for product improvement and statistical purposes.

You may request that we restrict the processing of your data or object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing.

If you are located in the EEA, you are entitled to the rights granted under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
