Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Invoice Swift. By accessing or using the Invoice Swift application, website (invoiceswift-86906.web.app), or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Invoice Swift, developed by SZ Technologies (“Invoice Swift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

Invoice Swift is a cross-platform invoicing software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for freelancers, small businesses, and independent professionals. The Service is available on mobile devices (iOS and Android) and on the web.

Invoice Swift enables you to:

  • Create, customize, and send professional invoices to your clients.
  • Manage customer records and contact information.
  • Track invoice statuses, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Generate financial reports and summaries.
  • Access premium features such as ad-free usage, premium themes, invoice reminders, and offline mode through a paid subscription.

The Service may be updated, modified, or expanded at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately at sz-technologies@zankalony.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities. Invoice Swift will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Service is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

4.1 Plans & Pricing

Invoice Swift offers the following plans:

  • Free Tier: Basic invoicing functionality with advertisements displayed within the application. No payment is required.
  • Premium Monthly: $5.00 per month — includes ad-free experience, premium themes, invoice reminders, and offline mode.
  • Premium Yearly: $48.00 per year (approximately 20% savings compared to the monthly plan) — includes all premium monthly features.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change; however, any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

4.2 Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select (monthly or yearly). Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe to a premium plan.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Invoice Swift to charge the applicable subscription fee to your designated payment method at the beginning of each renewal period.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free Tier.

4.5 Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the refund policy of the respective platform applies. For subscriptions purchased directly through Invoice Swift, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not substantially used the premium features. Refund requests should be directed to sz-technologies@zankalony.com.

4.6 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and other authorized payment gateways. Invoice Swift does not store your credit card or payment information directly. All payment transactions are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment processor.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to create, store, or transmit fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices or financial documents.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.

7.1 Ownership of Your Data

Invoice Swift does not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.

7.2 License to User Content

By using the Service, you grant Invoice Swift a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. 7.4 Data Portability

You may export your data from the Service at any time using the available export features. We encourage you to maintain your own backups of important business data.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

8.1 Availability

We strive to ensure the Service is available at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. The Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications.

8.2 Scheduled Maintenance

We may temporarily suspend access to the Service for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or improvements. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8.3 Modifications to the Service

Invoice Swift reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service, provided that if a material change adversely affects your paid subscription, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INVOICE SWIFT, ITS DEVELOPER (SZ TECHNOLOGIES), AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF INVOICE SWIFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF INVOICE SWIFT FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO INVOICE SWIFT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Invoice Swift, its developer (SZ Technologies), affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of or access to the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights.
  • Any User Content you create, store, or transmit through the Service.
  • Any fraudulent, inaccurate, or illegal invoices or financial documents you create using the Service.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at sz-technologies@zankalony.com or through the account settings in the application. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11.2 Termination by Invoice Swift

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases where we reasonably believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
  • You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Your continued use of the Service poses a risk to other users, the Service, or Invoice Swift.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may, at our discretion, delete your User Content and account data after a reasonable period following termination. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (User Data & Content), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law).

If your account is terminated while you have an active paid subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining portion of your billing cycle unless the termination was due to a material breach by Invoice Swift.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Invoice Swift operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the governing jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the governing jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or via the email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our requirements and any changes.
